The earlier you contact us for service dates, the better we can meet your needs, especially for holiday dates.
A New Client Consultation is required before any visits can take place. Detailed information is taken for each animal as well as getting acquainted with both you and your companions. Service Agreement and Contract are completed. References are given. Please provide two keys at time of consultation. Keys are kept on file for future visits unless you specify otherwise. There is no extra charge for this. There is a $12 key pickup/return fee if you do not want your keys kept on file. Keys will not be mailed or left under the front mat for security reasons.
For new clients, reservations are generally made via telephone and completed at the time of the New Client Consultation. A deposit of 25% is required after reservation has been made. Balance is due on first day of service. For ongoing clients, reservations can be made via telephone and paid in full on the first date of service. At this time, only cash or checks are accepted.
Detailed daily reports are left for both dog walking and pet sitting clients. Email reports are also available upon request so you can hear how your kids are doing while you're away.
We provide care for indoor cats only. Exceptions may be made for feral cats.
